01 — About

Who's behind
the numbers

I'm Cody — based in Tasmania, Australia, and I don't call myself a professional developer. I'm someone who is incredibly interested in learning, studying, and growing in tech. This page is the honest record of that journey: the qualifications, the things I've actually shipped, and the areas I'm still climbing.

Right now I'm building Nusa — an end-to-end encrypted app suite — while self-studying cyber security fundamentals and machine learning. Everything here is built with AI-assisted development. The architecture decisions, the direction, the quality bar, and the shipping are mine; learning to build with these tools well is part of the craft I'm developing.

Cyber security fundamentals

Self-directed study — threat models, cryptography, and the security thinking that shapes how I build Nusa. A rough self-assessment of where I'm at; early days and climbing.

Machine learning

Working through the fundamentals from the ground up — the maths, the models, and where they genuinely fit. An honest read on early progress, not a finish line.

03 — Achievements

Milestones, in order

The path so far — genuine qualifications and the things I've actually built and shipped.

TasTAFE

Certificate III in Information Technology

The foundations — hardware and software support, digital literacy, and my first proper introduction to web and programming concepts. Where I learned how to actually work inside an ICT environment rather than just around one.

TasTAFE

Certificate IV in Information Technology

The next level up. Networking concepts, programming fundamentals, web technologies, and supporting systems and users at real depth. This is where the pieces started connecting into something I could build with.

TasTAFE

Diploma of Information Technology

The advanced tier — systems analysis and design, database design, project management, and more serious programming and infrastructure. It reframed how I think about building software: as systems, not just scripts.

2025 – 2026

The games phase — 10 original Android games

Built and shipped around ten original Android games end to end, from design through build to the Play Store process. The goal was never a hit — it was to learn the full lifecycle of app development and deployment by actually doing it, start to finish, ten times over.

2026

Nusa — a 14-app encrypted suite

Designed and shipped Nusa: a 14-app, end-to-end encrypted, zero-knowledge app suite spanning web and native Android, with its own crypto model and a real backend. My biggest build yet, and the one that ties everything before it together. nusa.itseliias.com

Built along the way

Where the studying turned into something running.

Nusa

A 14-app, end-to-end encrypted app suite — passwords, 2FA, notes, tasks, files, photos and more — across web and Android, built on a zero-knowledge crypto model. My biggest build, and the one still teaching me the most about security and shipping real software.

Android games

Ten original games shipped end to end — Starforge Heroes, Cardsmith Conquest, Frostfall Frontier, Harbor & Hearth, Ramen Empire, Slot City Tycoon, Arrow Alchemy, Meowdoku, Lexicon Siege, and Trivia Royale. Built to learn the ins and outs of game and app design and deployment.
